All our resources are well staffed enabling an individual, person-centred and needs-led approach to care. All employees are carefully selected and are checked for registration with The Independent Safeguarding 

Enhanced D.B.S checked.

 We emphasis a priority on training and all staff are trained to a high standard. Each individual completes an extensive recorded induction period in line with the Skills for Care Common Induction Standards and further training is provided on a regular basis.

Staff training includes: NVQ Levels 2, 3 and 5, Communication, First Aid, Health and Safety,, Basic Food and Hygiene, Health and Safety, Lifting and Handling, Boots MDS, Fire Safety and Evacuation,Conflict Resolution, Breakaway and Physical Intervention, Mental capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty Standards. 

Futures Care Homes LTD has a robust Whistleblowing policy and adheres to the Safeguarding procedures without fail.
